What the rebuild fixed
Cold is the killer. Charging lithium below freezing ruins it, and lead acid gives up half its capacity right when the days get short. So the battery in this enclosure heats itself, and it carries both low-voltage and low-temperature cutoffs; it protects itself instead of dying quietly. Around it: solar sized against winter sun rather than the brochure month, an AC input for sites where shore power or a generator visits, and telemetry, so the first sign of trouble is a reading on your screen, not a phone call from your client.

Every unit is configured for its destination, then proven on the bench before it ships. We set panel input to the worst solar day your location sees and run your planned camera load against it. If the numbers do not hold, we change the configuration, not the claim.
